$7500 from Town of Stony Creek, $6500 to be spent ($5000 for venue, $1500 for Stony Creek Band) The Board has decided that the extra $1000 will not be used for anything and the Town of Stony Creek will have that in their bed tax for other events.

$3000 from Thurman for Raffles, Insurance and Advertising for Blizzard Blast

$9,000 from the town of Thurman to be used as specified in application; bridges, trails, addition to groomer barn.

New Business:

Sue: permission has been gathered for bridge crossing route 418. Crossing allows us to get reimbursed for building the trail.

Higgins Trails: Sue worked with Landowners to get what we need for paperwork. This will never be a funded trail due to DEC, many landowners do not want DEC on their property.

Members asking about what funded trails means…. Explained by Nate and Sue to the members.

Landowner permissions: Every year, every landowner has to fill out this form and return it to the club.

Nate:

Trail updates:

Equipment reports: Tucker 2000 had one cleat broken and could be repaired, another snapped off completely, Jeff is going to weld that.

2015 Arctic Cat - Diamond Clutch - Jason Hoffman researched and found that it was a plugged vent - $0 to repair - part of the yearly service.

Need to make sure we have a service book for all equipment with details of what needs to be done yearly.

Green Drag went to S&N Industries on January 3rd and returned on January 12th and was painted by our crew. $1500 total, a little over the budgeted amount. Could use a little more work in the future. In the spring, it will need a second coat of paint.

Trail Crew: Jason, Justin, Scott, Ian, AJ, John, Dave, Nate…. opened culverts, removed debri. Dec 3rd: culvert washout fixed. Dec 6th: Groomer training day - went through groomers, North Warren came down and went through the new side by side - have to learn the side-by-side before taking it out by yourself. Needs to run less than 12 mph. We are going to price out a dash cam for the back of the side-by-side so that you can see behind you while driving and not looking over your shoulder. Best to take the tailgate off while pulling the drag. Seat belt also needs to be connected or it will not run at full capacity.

$400 in ticket sales went to North Warren from our snowmobile raffle.

Grooming: make sure to ride with an experienced groomer before taking any groomers out (snowmobile, side-by-side, etc)

Trail from Lanfear Rd to 1000 Acres is closed due to logging. Randy St. Claire might be able to accommodate a trail to by-pass the logging. They will let us know next week.

Higgins Trail is within eyesight of Alden Ave. Boots need to be on the ground so we can get this trail open. Nate will post on Facebook if we need more help.

Neil - Stony Creek Highway has been great with leaving snow banks for us to ride. If any groomer pushes snow into the road, please contact Nate so he can contact Neil.

Garage update: 2nd drag is in the barn now for fixing. This needs more steel. Woodchuck is doing the work for this. Woodchuck has looked over the 2nd drag and will do the work to fix it.

Fuel Pump to the welder - Woodchuck and Ken Brooks are both welders. They will look at the fuel pump for the welder at the barn to get it repaired to working condition.
